Yes. All Vivid District sweatshirts are designed to be unisex with a slightly oversized, relaxed silhouette. Use our size videos and fit guide to choose your vibe.

Yes — you can cancel your order within 48 hours after placing it. After that, we begin production, and your piece is made just for you.

What if I want to return my sweatshirt?

No problem. You can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Contact us at info@vividdistrict.store, and we’ll help you through the process.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your sweatshirt is embroidered and packed, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way home.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Each Vivid District sweatshirt is made with care — once you place your order, we begin preparing it through our local production partners. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package ships. We work fast while keeping quality first.

Can I exchange my sweatshirt for a different size or style?

Absolutely. We offer free size exchanges on your first order, and we make the process smooth. You can exchange your sweatshirt within 14 days of receiving it. It must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with the tag attached.

Want a different design instead? You can choose a store credit with a 10% bonus to put toward a new piece.

How do I care for my sweatshirt?
